Our Corporate programme focusses on areas where we have opportunities to do things in different and better ways and at scale across providers in the region. It aims to help providers make better collective decisions on where we prioritise resource and effort.
This has helped to identify corporate programmes of work that have the potential to collectively benefit all FTs. This doesn’t always mean every provider doing exactly the same thing. It’s about raising awareness of shared challenges that are common to all providers and working together to share best practice and find practical solutions.
