This year, our Corporate Programme has continued to focus on areas where we can drive meaningful change at scale across NENC Providers. By working collaboratively, we aim to support providers in making informed, collective decisions about where to direct resources and efforts for the greatest impact.
Through this shared focus, we have identified and progressed corporate programmes that offer tangible benefits across the system. While not every provider will take the same approach, the emphasis remains on recognising common challenges, sharing learning and co-developing practical, scalable solutions.
