North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust...

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust (NCIC) provides hospital and community health services for around 500,000 people across North Cumbria and beyond. The Trust delivers more than 70 services from 15 main locations and employs over 6,500 members of staff.

NCIC provides a wide range of services, including emergency care, planned care, community services, rehabilitation and specialist treatment. As a rural healthcare provider, the Trust is committed to delivering high-quality care close to home wherever possible.

As part of the North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care System (ICS), NCIC works closely with NHS organisations, local councils, voluntary groups and community partners to improve health and care services across the region. By sharing resources, skills and expertise, these organisations work together to provide better care for local communities.

NCIC also has strong links with education and research partners, helping to support training, learning and career development for current and future healthcare professionals.
