Alongside our long-term programmes, we are leading several time-limited projects that support our shared goals across the North East and North Cumbria. These projects bring organisations together to solve common challenges, improve services and make the best use of NHS resources.
Our current projects focus on the Medicines Manufacturing Centre, medicines value, leadership development, procurement, and patient transport services. Each project has a clear purpose and aims to deliver lasting benefits for patients, staff and local communities.
By working together across our Foundation Trusts and with system partners, we can share expertise, reduce duplication and make changes that would be harder to achieve alone. These projects support better patient care, greater value for money and a stronger NHS for the future.
