Our Strategic Approach to Clinical Services (SACS) guides how we improve hospital care across the North East and North Cumbria. It is a shared 10-year plan that helps us build strong, reliable services for the future.
SACS was developed with clinical leaders and shaped by feedback from patients, staff and partners. It has been agreed by all Foundation Trusts and the Integrated Care Board, giving us a shared vision for change.
By working together, we will make sure hospital services are high quality, fair and ready to meet the changing needs of our communities. SACS helps us plan ahead, spot challenges early and take action to improve care for local people.
