North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust...

North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust provides hospital and community health services for around 400,000 people in Hartlepool, Stockton-on-Tees and parts of County Durham.

The Trust provides care from the University Hospital of North Tees and the University Hospital of Hartlepool. It also delivers services from community health centres, clinics and in people’s homes.

Around 5,500 staff work across the Trust in a range of clinical and support roles. They provide emergency care, planned treatment, community health services and specialist care to support local people throughout their lives.

As well as local hospital and community services, the Trust provides bowel and breast screening programmes, community dental services and other specialist services for people across Teesside and County Durham.

The Trust is committed to providing safe, high-quality care and improving the health and wellbeing of local communities. Patients, carers and local people help shape services and support ongoing improvements.

North Tees and Hartlepool became an NHS Foundation Trust in 2007. It works closely with health and care partners across the North East and North Cumbria to improve services, share expertise and deliver the best possible care for patients.
