These foundations help us deliver safe, high-quality care and support the changes set out in our Strategic Approach to Clinical Services (SACS). By investing in our workforce, making better use of digital technology, and ensuring we have the right facilities and equipment, we can build services that are more effective, reliable and ready for the future.
Our providers work together across all three areas, sharing skills, knowledge and resources. This helps us make the best use of what we have and improve care for patients across the region.
